**Returns Procedure for Non-Customized Products**

  1. Complete the Product Returns form within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Return the item to us for inspection.
  3. Upon inspection and approval, we will process your refund excluding shipping costs. Please note that we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.


**Return Processing Time**

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed once we receive the item and complete the inspection.

However, due to high volumes and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there may be slight delays in delivery. We cannot issue refunds for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance affecting PersonalizedByBridget.com or our carriers.
